96-Well SBS tube caps Rack

◇ This product is used to hold a full box of tube caps after uncapping 96-well SBS cryogenic tubes with the KANGJIAN® automatic capping machine. It can accommodate caps for 0.5ml and 1ml internally threaded cryogenic tubes, as well as caps for 0.5ml, 0.75ml and 1.4ml externally threaded cryogenic tubes.

◇ Separated tube caps can be loaded into the carrier rack as a full set of 96 pieces at one time inside the automatic capping machine. This prevents human contamination of tube caps, avoids cross-contamination of samples in the tubes, and improves the working efficiency of laboratory personnel.

◇ It is marked with A–H and 1–12 positioning coordinates corresponding to SBS cryogenic storage boxes. A unique barcode is attached to the side of the carrier rack, and a chamfer design is applied to prevent reversed placement.

◇ The tube cap carrier rack is reusable. It can be cleaned, autoclaved and reused after high-temperature and high-pressure sterilization.
