Detachable ELISA Plate

Microplates are mainly used for Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA). By adding reagents such as test samples, antibodies, enzyme-conjugated secondary antibodies and substrates, quantitative detection of biomolecules including proteins, hormones and antibodies in biological samples can be achieved.

They can also be used for enzyme activity assays, cell culture experiments, cytotoxicity assays, drug screening assays and other applications.

◎ Manufactured from medical-grade polystyrene (PS) complying with USP Plastic Class VI standards; frame dimensions meet ANSI‑SBS standards.

Microplates are available in different colors for various detection methods: transparent plates for colorimetric analysis, white plates for chemiluminescent detection, and black plates for fluorescent detection.

◎ Surface is hydrophilically treated, offering high-binding and medium-binding versions. High-binding plates are suitable for low-concentration protein detection but tend to produce non-specific binding. Medium-binding plates are general-purpose, balancing sensitivity and specificity.

◎ Detachable microplates feature separable strips and frames, available in 8‑strip, 12‑strip or 24‑strip formats with high flexibility, ideal for experiments with variable sample volumes.

◎ DNase/RNase‑free, pyrogen‑free, endotoxin‑free, and free of inhibitors and heavy metal contamination.

◎ Sterilized by irradiation, achieving a sterility assurance level of SAL = 10-6.
