Cryovials multi colour cap

◎ The cryotubes are made of polypropylene (PP) conforming to USP Class VI standards. They are single-use consumables specially designed for biological sample storage and meet ISO 10993 biocompatibility standards.

◎ Resists low temperatures down to -196°C in the liquid nitrogen vapor phase (the gaseous environment above liquid nitrogen).

◎ The externally threaded cap of the external-thread cryogenic tube reduces the risk of sample contamination.

◎ The tube cap is upgraded with a dual-color injection molding process. No cracking occurs under standard operation. Excellent sealing performance is guaranteed even at the lowest storage temperature, ensuring the safety of samples and laboratory personnel.

◎ The textured design of the cap facilitates screwing. The cap is equipped with multi-color insertable color codes for easy identification.

◎ Both the tube cap and tube body are manufactured from PP raw materials of the same batch and model. Identical expansion coefficients ensure stable sealing performance of the product.

◎ Barcodes and dual numeric codes support digital sample management and easy identification, with a large marking area for convenient labeling.

◎ The rounded bottom design facilitates liquid concentration and minimizes residue.

◎ Available in general grade and PCR grade to meet different requirements. PCR-grade products are produced in a cleanroom, RNase-free, DNase-free, endotoxin-free, and pyrogen-free. Sterilized by irradiation.
