● KANGJIAN series of culture dishes for assisted reproduction are manufactured from medical-grade polystyrene in Class 100,000 cleanrooms. These products are intended for the in vitro handling, culture, and storage of human gametes and embryos.

● Following rigorous testing and evaluation, this product series (culture dishes and multi-well dishes) has obtained the Medical Device Registration Certificate of the People’s Republic of China (Class II).

● The products have undergone a full set of third-party biocompatibility tests in compliance with ISO 10993 standards, ensuring that the vessels are pyrogen-free, non-embryotoxic, non-cytotoxic, and non-genotoxic, thereby maintaining the viability of sperm and oocytes throughout complex laboratory procedures.

● Products with tissue culture (TC) surface treatment feature a uniform hydrophilic surface, which supports normal cell growth and development. In contrast, non-TC-treated (non-wettable) products such as micromanipulation dishes ensure optimal consistency of culture medium droplets.

● In vitro cytotoxicity test (MTT assay): cell viability ≥ 92%. Blastocyst formation rate ≥ 80%.

● Sterilized by irradiation, achieving a Sterility Assurance Level (SAL) of 10-6.
