SBS Standard Cryostorage Vial

KANGJIAN Medical SBS cryogenic tubes are manufactured using virgin polypropylene (PP) and high-density polyethylene (HDPE) materials that meet USP Class VI standards, featuring excellent biocompatibility. Tested by third-party laboratories in accordance with ISO 10993 series standards and relevant medical device industry standards, the products are DNase-free, RNase-free, embryotoxicity-free, genotoxicity-free and pyrogen-free.

SBS standard 2D cryogenic tubes adopt the international DataMatrix matrix code encoding standard, and are used with SBS standard racks conforming to ANSI/SLAS industry standards, matching laboratory automation equipment (such as liquid handling workstations, automated freezers, etc.). The industry-compliant SBS standard racks are available in 8×12 and 6×8 array layouts, equipped with dual identification including QR codes and barcodes to achieve full sample traceability.

Digital identification enables full-process monitoring of cryopreserved sample collection, storage, sampling and distribution.Integration with HIS, LIS or biobank management systems allows for sample retrieval and full traceability.

Reasonable structure, excellent sealing performance.

The tube body and cap are produced using a dual-color injection molding process, ensuring more reliable sealing and leak prevention. The U-shaped bottom design facilitates full utilization of micro-volume samples.

Tested by a third-party laboratory in accordance with GB/T 16886, ISO 10993 series standards and relevant medical device industry standards, the cryogenic tubes are embryotoxicity-free, genotoxicity-free and pyrogen-free.

Laser engraved coding, wear-resistant

Both tube and rack are laser marked: QR codes, barcodes and numeric codes are fade-resistant, wear-resistant, organic solvent-resistant and remain clearly legible.

Sterile Product

Sterilized by irradiation, achieving a sterility assurance level of 10-6.
