Differentiation Solution

Differentiation Solution is a special decolorizing and regulating reagent for HE staining in pathological histology, with dilute hydrochloric acid as its main component.

◇ Used after hematoxylin staining to moderately remove excess dye from tissue sections, resulting in moderate nuclear staining intensity and clear contours. 

It reduces background nonspecific staining, improves nucleocytoplasmic contrast, and ensures the diagnostic quality of pathological sections.
