Bluing Solution

◇ Type SA Bluing Solution is composed of sodium acetate and purified water. It is a special bluing reagent used in conjunction with histopathological staining, formulated with a mild buffer system for stable performance and uniform bluing.

◇ Used after hematoxylin staining and differentiation to quickly neutralize the acidic environment of sections, turning the nucleus from pale red to a clear, bright blue color with distinct nucleocytoplasmic contrast and consistent staining results.
